What does the price include?

Herring Portable Toilet rental costs include delivery, set up, pick up, paper products, chemicals and cleaning, post event.

How many people can the Luxury Restroom accommodate at once?

The Luxury Restroom Trailer has 2 separate, private stalls - one set up for men and one for women. Each separate stall has 1 toilet and 1 sink. 

When will the unit be delivered?

Herring Portable Toilet delivery men try to deliver the units the day before the event so we don’t conflict with any of your other deliveries or put stress on you the day all the activity is happening. Generally Herring will pick up the unit the Monday (or the day) after the event.

How far in advance do I need to place an order for a unit?

Reservations for Luxury Restroom units are heaviest in the summer months, during outdoor wedding and reunion events. We recommend you reserve the unit as soon as you know you will need one. We will let you know if it is available the weekend you need it. Sometimes we do have a weekend here and there in the summer that is not booked. So make sure to call before you assume it's not available.

How often is the Luxury Restroom cleaned?

We will deliver the Luxury Restroom cleaned, decorated and fully stocked for your event. If you are using it for a multi-day event, you can ask us about setting it up for a cleaning schedule. However, typically our Luxury Restroom Trailer is rented for a single weekend and the cleaning will be done at the time of pick-up. 

What is minimum rental time? Can I rent a Luxury Restroom Trailer for 1 day?

The Luxury Restroom Trailer is rented as a daily rental. However, if we don't need it back for the rest of the weekend, we will leave it and pick it up on Monday. If we are picking it up prior to Monday, we will call you to alert you.

Are the Luxury Restroom stalls temperature regulated during use?

Yes. We provide air conditioning and heat, as needed. Your guests will enjoy a comfortable environment, when using the stalls.

Do I need to supply water for the toilet and sinks to function?

Water supply is not necessary. In the event that you don't have one, our Luxury Restroom Trailer has an onboard water tank that will be filled in preparation for your reservation. Therefore, you will have ample water for flushing and sink use for the duration of your events. If you want to have an unlimited supply of water, we can use your water hookup.

Do I need to supply electricity for the Luxury Restroom Trailer?

The Luxury Restroom Trailer has a battery that runs all functions but the temperature controls. Lights, water and other functions will run without external power. However, using the AC/Heat will require that we have a household plug outlet. 

Where can you place my Luxury Restroom Trailer?

The area must be fairly level, to ensure the highest safety for you and your guests. We deliver it with a small truck, so anywhere the truck can go works fine.

How many people can the Luxury Restroom Trailer handle before needing to be serviced?

Max use of the Luxury Restroom Trailer is 125. This is based on uses, not on attendees on your guest list. Depending on the length of your event, you can probably assume 1 use per person.

What is included in my Luxury Restroom Trailer rental fee?

Most of our clients realize that all the paper products, hand soap, etc. is supplied. Some people purchase fancy, monogrammed hand towels and other products. It depends on the customer and the event. Herring sends the unit out prepared with everything, including small decorative touches.

How much does it cost to rent the Luxury Restroom Trailer?

How do I order/reserve a Luxury Restroom Trailer?

To order, you can call us during normal business hours (8am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 9am to 3pm Saturday). You can fill out our reservation form here 24/7 and we will call you back to confirm pricing and availability. Requests are made on a first come, first serve basis for available weekends based on call or time stamp of reservation request form.

Does someone need to be present to receive the Luxury Restroom delivery?

No, you don't need to be there. It is better so we can show you how to operate it (AC, etc.). But if you can't be there, we will coach you through it on the phone. We will ask for a contact number to call if we have questions during the delivery. We ask that you make sure the area is clear and open access during the delivery time we provide.
